This is Somatics therapy and most of the work we do during your sessions is inviting you to feel yourself through your body.
How easy or hard is it for me to breathe into the body? What sensation do I feel and where mostly?
How do I feel within my own body? What kind of sensation is there?
It is important to understand our sexual life is very much depend on the way how we involve, enjoy intimacy.
These questions help us to understand ourselves, starting the journey of finding your sexual identity.
